Job summary

The Toro Company, Bloomington, MN, seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives across the business. You will translate requirements into scalable system solutions, lead project activities, and mentor team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT to ensure robust, integrated processes and data integrity. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with third-party ordering system integration.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, technical designs, and test plans.
• Ability to lead projects and provide direction to team members.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD/O2C solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders and IT teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Acts as SME for SAP SD, O2C, pricing, and related integrations.
• Leads projects from concept to implementation, coordinating scope, planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Develops and improves processes to ensure data integrity and system effectiveness.
• Coordinates end-to-end testing and ensures proper documentation of results.
• Provides production support and mentors team members.
• Maintains current knowledge of technologies and best practices.
