Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives. You will partner with business and IT teams to architect, test, and implement complex system solutions while mentoring teammates.

Ideal candidates have advanced SAP SD experience and strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills. Location-based in Bloomington, MN with opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; 8+ years of experience or equivalent combo.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders and IT to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Serves as SME for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and payment card integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation including planning, coordination, and communication.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
• Provides production support through data analysis, corrective actions, and training.
• Mentors team members and stays current on relevant technologies and practices.
