Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a security professional to oversee classified security programs and ensure compliance with DoD and IC directives at a U.S. facility.

The role involves PERSEC support, SAP/SCI processes, and facility security management, including SOPs, security self-inspections, and documentation control. Applicants should hold TS/SCI with Poly, 5+ years of security experience (or 3+ with MS), and be willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• 5+ years of Security or relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with MS Degree; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• Ability to travel to local customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classified security programs and ensure compliance with DoD and IC directives.
• Provide PERSEC support including documentation, indoctrination and debriefings.
• Maintain PERSEC databases and process visit authorizations and visitor controls.
• Draft SOPs, conduct self-inspections, manage inventory of accountable holdings.
• Pursue accreditation for SAP Facilities and SCIFs per DoD/IC requirements.
• Coordinate physical security, IT security, and destruction programs.
