Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a security professional to oversee classified programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support PERSEC activities. You will manage PAR/PIA processes, indoctrinations, and access controls across SAP/SCIF environments.

Ideal candidates hold TS/SCI with Poly, with 5+ years in security or 3+ years with an MS, and must be willing to travel to local customer sites. The role supports DoD and IC security programs in a dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Current Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• 5+ years of security/relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with an MS degree.
• Ability to travel to local customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with DoD and IC directives.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies and procedures.
• Assist program managers in interpreting and applying program Security Classification Guides (SCG).
• Provide program security and PERSEC support including PAR/PIA processing and indoctrination briefs; manage databases and access information.
• Draft and implement SOPs; conduct self-inspections; manage inventory of accountable holdings and destruction program.
• Coordinate accreditation for SAP Facilities (SAPFs) and SCIFs per DoD and IC requirements.
• Develop security documentation (FFC, TEMPEST addendums) and manage IDS/ACS systems.
• Lead security education, awareness, and training activities; address security issues and reports.
