Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Program Security Representative in the greater Arlington, VA area to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.

The candidate will lead day-to-day security operations, ensure compliance with NISPOM and related policies, and train personnel across government and senior civilian staff. Requires 10+ years of related experience and TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management capabilities for multi-discipline security programs.
• Deep knowledge of security policies and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP security and physical security systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM and DoD security policies.
• Develop and implement SAP, SCI, and collateral security procedures.
• Provide day-to-day security support and policy improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and advise on risk mitigation measures.
• Lead security education and awareness programs for staff.
