Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Program Security Representative in the greater Lorton, VA area to deliver comprehensive security and CI support for SAPs, SCI, and related activities. You will perform day-to-day security analysis, risk mitigation, and oversee facility compliance for sensitive programs.

Role requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, and 10–14+ years of security experience.

Qualifications

• SFPC and SPSC certifications may count toward experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with DoD, IC, and SAP security guidance for SCI and SAP activities.
• Develop and refine policies for safeguarding SCI/SAP information in support of military operations.
• Provide daily security support and CI-informed risk mitigation across SAP programs.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks to test, training, and operational activities with CI context.
• Lead OPSEC and counterintelligence awareness training and education.
• Advise personnel on foreign intelligence threats and insider threat indicators.
• Provide guidance to contractors and facilities on security and CI awareness.
• Brief leaders on security/CI topics, including threat trends and risk mitigation.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-ups, documenting outcomes.
