Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will ensure policy adherence, develop safeguarding procedures, and mentor security staff in a dynamic DoD environment.

The role requires 10+ years in security with SAP experience, TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph eligibility), and willingness to travel 10–25% for reviews and training. This position is on-site in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility.
• 10+ years related security experience and 2+ years SAP experience.
• Ability to travel 10–25% for operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.
• Develop and enforce policies for safeguarding Special Access.
• Conduct SAP facility reviews and track corrective actions.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Lead and mentor security team members.
