Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Manager Sales SAP in a hybrid role based in the United States. The incumbent will drive end-to-end sales, expand a profitable pipeline, and close deals within an assigned region.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP experience, a consultative sales approach, and a proven record of enterprise transformation sales. Role involves leading SAP Sales Partners and collaborating across delivery teams to achieve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
• Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments.
• 7+ years in Sales Pursuit Management with a minimum annual quota of $25M.
• 8+ years’ experience selling within the SAP technology ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of workload disposition for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Proven collaboration with hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills with renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of solutions to complex technology business problems.
• Develop pursuit strategies, client messaging, and executive relationships.
• Apply leading practices in cloud transformation and SAP modernization to drive opportunities.
• Partner with delivery, solution, and pursuit teams to ensure cohesive sales execution.
• Operate within large, cross-functional teams while directing sales activities.
• Travel may be required based on client and business needs.
