Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Inventory Management specialist to lead SAP ECC solutions across procurement, materials and inventory processes from Erie, PA. The role combines design, configuration, and support with collaboration across business units and IT teams to improve accuracy and end-to-end performance.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with travel up to 10-15% as needed for project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years SAP functional experience in MM/S2P/Inventory/Stockroom.
• Hands-on configuration across end-to-end S2P workflows in SAP MM/IM.
• Experience with at least three full SAP implementations or major rollouts.
• Knowledge of inventory management including batch/serial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP design and delivery for Procure-to-Pay, MM, and Inventory Management.
• Configure SAP modules including direct/indirect procurement, sub-contracting, and master data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP functional specs.
• Drive process improvements in procurement, receiving, and inventory control.
• Lead the STP workstream during implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Coordinate ABAP development, integration design, middleware, EDI, and data migration.
• Develop test scripts and support testing cycles (UNT/SIT/UAT).
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solutions align with global template standards and compliance.
