Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Erie, PA seeks a seasoned IT professional to define, configure, test, train, and support SAP-based business systems. You will lead or co-lead IT projects across production planning, materials management, quality management, maintenance, and operations.

This role requires SAP configuration, ECC6 ecosystem support, project delivery, UAT, training, and creating end-user documentation, with travel up to 10-15% and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with SAP ECC and PP module integration.
• Knowledge of application and system integration methods.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage SDLC.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with the SAP Production Planning module.
• Develop and maintain understanding of business processes and tailor IT solutions.
• Plan, manage and implement projects in the ERP space; define requirements, milestones, budgets.
• Collaborate with users to provide functional and technical support.
• Lead corporate and division initiatives; create KPI metrics.
• Oversee UAT and training; produce end-user documentation.
