Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP transformation advisor to lead migrations, upgrades, and conversions from ECC to S/4HANA. You will shape architecture, drive cross-tower collaboration, engage with clients, and coordinate with partners to enable cloud-enabled transformations.

Requires 8+ years of experience, advisory work on S/4HANA upgrades, and strong communication to guide executive stakeholders through complex journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield, Hybrid, Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience guiding clients on upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related tech.
• Minimum of 2 years managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP technology tasks (downtime optimization, data transition, hyperscaler cloud).

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead.
• Storytelling, collateral, and pursuit quarterbacking across towers.
• Contribute to migration/architecture plans and lead design activities.
• Lead high- and low-level architecture design and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with client and vendor teams on architecture topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings with clients and run workshops.
• Coordinate across towers and with account leadership; travel may be required.
• Coordinate internally with QA and other stakeholders.
