Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Migration/Conversion Advisor to guide complex S/4HANA upgrade journeys for clients. The role blends technical architecture leadership with advisory skills, engaging clients and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation.

You will collaborate with account teams, drive workshops, and coordinate across vendors to ensure successful transition to S/4HANA, leveraging your deep SAP knowledge and communication strengths.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing sales opportunities with Client & Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP technology tasks including downtime optimization and clean core approaches.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
• Lead architecture design at high and low levels and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and multiple towers; drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops.
• Engage client to present migration/conversion plans and drive alignment with account teams.
