Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Service; resolve incidents and requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrences.
• Configure, support, and maintain Service Orders, Contracts & Entitlements, Warranty Management.
• Monitor and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Service and SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and mobile solutions used by service teams.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, system testing, and production releases.
• Develop user documentation and provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and drive improvements.
• Support production stability, system performance, and user satisfaction.
