Job summary

PayCruit is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Systems Analyst to deliver L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Service. You will resolve incidents, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure stable operations across the service management landscape.

The role includes activity across testing, user training, and deployment of enhancements, with on-call support as needed to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years SAP experience with Service/CS/PM/EAM focus.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA Service module support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Configure and maintain Service Orders, Contracts, Entitlements, Warranty Management, and Service Billing.
