Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management to lead SAP projects from initiation through completion in our San Jose, CA office. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP engagements, with hands-on S/4HANA upgrade and migration experience and a proven ability to drive scope, schedule, and budgets across cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP engagement and project management in large programs.
• Led at least 2 end-to-end SAP programs in PM roles (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Program Manager for S/4Upgrade & Migration engagements.
• Proven ability to plan, budget, and deliver with top-management buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project management from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues with corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation adheres to standards and drive process improvements.
