Real is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to oversee a global OTC deployment. You will guide the project from requirements and scope through go-live and hypercare, operating in a global PMO with multiple deployments.

You will balance strategic programme leadership with hands-on execution, engage senior stakeholders, and drive risk mitigation and delivery across workstreams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP deployment experiences.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation background.
• Experience supporting deployments from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Deployment Lead to drive an SAP S/4HANA deployment end-to-end.
• Lead deployment planning, governance, execution, and reporting.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with business and functional stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment requirements portfolio and manage scope.
• Navigate dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations across workstreams.
• Align stakeholders, teams, and implementation partners.
• Support stage-gate governance and deployment readiness reviews.
• Present status, risks, and mitigation to senior leadership.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
