Real Staffing Group in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a global OTC deployment as part of a large-scale transformation program. You will oversee requirements, scope, and governance from early definition through go-live and hypercare, in a remote US-friendly environment.

The role demands 7+ years in SAP project or program management, end-to-end deployment experience, and strong stakeholder leadership within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP deployment experiences.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deployment Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA deployment end-to-end.
• Lead deployment planning, governance, execution and reporting.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with business and functional stakeholders.
• Translate milestones into detailed deployment plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations across workstreams.
• Present programme status and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
