Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a nationwide Wave 2 SAP S/4HANA enhancement for the PA Turnpike, coordinating ERP and cloud components with stakeholders and vendors.

The role demands deep SAP/ERP project delivery expertise, governance, budgeting, and risk management across multi-year initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive detailed plans, align with PMO standards, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across on-premises and cloud

Qualifications

10+ years of IT project management experience delivering SAP/ERP or complex enterprise initiatives.
Experience coordinating internal and external teams, vendors, and system integrators.
Strong governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate internal and external teams across multiple IT projects and workstreams.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed integrated project plans, schedules, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, cost estimates, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities, escalation procedures, and decision-making processes.
Plan and optimize resource allocation, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
Coordinate with business owners, technical teams, project sponsors, vendors, and system integrators to define requirements and align project objectives.
Manage project activities through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
Oversee vendor performance and manage relationships with key technology partners across on-premises and cloud environments.
Coordinate dependencies and schedules across SAP/ERP initiatives and related enterprise systems.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, approvals, signoffs, and other required PMO artifacts.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for corrective action.
Provide regular project updates, executive-level reporting, and presentations to stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder communications.
Conduct lessons-learned sessions and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with the PA Turnpike PMO Playbook, established project management standards, and applicable IT policies.
