Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage SAP S/4HANA program delivery across design, budgeting, resource planning, and governance. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, drive cutover activities, and manage financial performance with executive stakeholders.

The role requires 12+ years in SAP consulting, 3+ end-to-end implementations, and strong client engagement at the executive level across multiple engagements. Travel may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP consulting/enterprise technology delivery experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience across core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) with 2+ modules configured.
• 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations end-to-end with 10+ resource teams.
• 3+ years leading offshore delivery teams across 2+ time zones.
• 2+ years dedicated cutover management across go-lives and hypercare.
• 3+ years executive-level stakeholder engagement with C-suite audiences across multiple engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP S/4HANA program delivery across design, budget, resource planning, quality assurance, governance, and executive engagement.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and risks with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage onshore/offshore delivery structures and knowledge transfer across time zones.
• Drive cutover planning, rehearsals, and execution for a controlled go-live.
• Oversee project financials including EAC, revenue recognition, margin management, and change orders.
• Facilitate governance rituals: steering committees, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery standards and contractual obligations.
