Job summary

SIMARN Solutions seeks a Sr. SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration from SAP ECC and other legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

You will guide data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and cutover planning, ensuring data quality across Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and other critical objects. Qualifications

9–11+ years of SAP data migration experience.
Experience migrating data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Hands-on with SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services/BODS.
Experience with mock migrations and go-live.
Strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration from planning through production cutover.
Manage data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
Develop and validate source-to-target mappings across SAP and non-SAP legacy systems.
Execute and coordinate multiple mock migration cycles, testing activities, and final production migration.
Work with key SAP data objects including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material Master, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory data.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, ABAP developers, Basis teams, and project leadership.
Identify data-quality issues and drive cleansing and remediation activities with business and technical teams.
Lead migration status tracking, defect management, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
Mentor migration team members and provide technical/functional guidance throughout the project.
