Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for large ERP implementations. You will own the data migration workstream, define strategies, oversee cleansing and mappings, and lead design, development, testing, and go-live activities across global teams.

The role requires 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in SAP Data Migration, certification in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable, and strong leadership with multi-country

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in SAP Data Migration.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• Experience with migration tools: SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the data migration workstream end-to-end.
• Lead migration design, development, testing and mock conversions.
• Partner with business, functional and technical teams for data quality and validation.
• Lead cutover planning and go-live activities; provide hypercare support.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams, governance and stakeholder alignment.
