Job summary

SSI People is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to guide end-to-end migration strategy, data quality, and execution for a major SAP transformation in Dallas. You will coordinate planning, design, testing, and cutover with business owners and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ERP data migration, 5+ years in SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and SAP BTP Integration Services, plus offshore/onshore leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years ERP data migration and data transformation experience.
• 5+ years SAP ECC/S/4HANA data migration experience.
• Experience leading offshore and onshore migration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration workstream from planning to go-live.
• Define migration strategies and manage discovery, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
• Run workshops with owners to define scope, rules, and governance.
• Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and hypercare.
