Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect and drive enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will oversee greenfield and brownfield moves, define governance and tooling across multi-wave programs, and mentor a team of consultants and developers.

You will lead engagement with data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality, sign-off processes, and successful go-lives, while coordinating cutovers and risk mitigation across modules

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• A minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading migrations using SAP data migration tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield and brownfield scenarios.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance across large multi-wave programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, business rules, transformations, and cutover sequencing.
• Mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers for quality and consistency.
• Engage with data owners, functional leads and IT stakeholders to align on data quality and cutover sign-off.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) per architecture standards.
• Lead migrations rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk management.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and capability development.
