Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead IT Analyst - Manufacturing Operations to optimize SAP S/4 Manufacturing, PP, and shop-floor integrations across global plants. You will collaborate with operations leaders and SMEs to capture production requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4 solutions aligned with the Global Design Model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT analysis experience with a focus on manufacturing, production planning or factory operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes, shop-floor execution, and manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 PP and/or PP/DS in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support SAP S/4 Manufacturing solutions with emphasis on PP and PP/DS.
• Partner with factory operations, production planners, and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP S/4 designs aligned with the Global Design Model.
• Lead end-to-end production processes including planning, scheduling, execution, and variance handling.
• Design and support SAP S/4 integration with MES, DCS, PLCs and other shop-floor systems.
• Ensure accurate material movements and inventory postings across production (WIP, scrap, rework, backflushing).
• Support master data readiness (BOMs, routings, work centers, capacities, production versions).
• Travel up to 10%; relocation support may be provided.
