Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead IT Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to optimize SAP S/4 Manufacturing, Production Planning, and shop-floor integrations. You will work with factories and operations leaders to translate requirements into scalable SAP S/4 solutions that ensure performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT analysis experience in Manufacturing/Production Planning/Factory Operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor execution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 PP and PP/DS in manufacturing.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, DCS, PLCs, or other production systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support SAP S/4 Manufacturing solutions, PP and PP/DS.
• Collaborate with factory operations, planners, and SMEs to document requirements.
• Translate manufacturing needs into scalable SAP S/4 designs aligned with GDM.
• Lead end-to-end production process design including planning, scheduling, execution and variance handling.
• Design and support SAP S/4 shop-floor integrations (MES, DCS, PLCs).
• Ensure accurate material movements and inventory postings across production.
