Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr IT Analyst to join a cross-functional deployment and run team. You will deploy the Global Template enabling Building Automation to move to common SAP-based business processes and support SAP live sites with troubleshooting, training and enhancements.

Key scope includes Order Management: Master Data, Ecommerce, Pricing, Quotation, Configuration, Order Acceptance (EDI, Web, Titan), Billing, Returns, CRM and bookings for products, projects and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business administration.
• 5+ years of ERP implementation/support experience (prefer SAP).
• Proven program management skills including time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage requests from multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Teaming with BA IT and business teams regarding Order Management and SAP capability.
• Work with leadership on SAP changes and enhancement requests for manufacturing, installation, and services.
• Deliver key documents: site discovery, scoping, test scenarios, data migration, and training per SAP deployment methodology.
• Collaborate with SAP superusers to improve system understanding and rollout of enhancements.
