Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for Order Management (Finance) to lead SAP deployment activities across global sites. You will work with BA IT and business teams to analyze site requirements, design process changes, and ensure successful conversion to SAP.

You will guide testing, data migration, and user training, while supporting live SAP sites and troubleshooting post go-live issues. A 25% travel expectation applies for project work and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with functional implementation and support of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Program management skills including time management, organizational, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage requests from multiple sites and local teams.
• Can operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment working with multiple business layers.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to support project work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA IT and business teams to assess site requirements and perform gap analysis for SAP deployment.
• Coordinate with BA Order Management leadership on SAP capability, process and ERP changes.
• Deliver site discovery, scoping docs, test scenarios, data migration, and user training per SAP methodology.
• Partner with SAP super users to roll out enhancements and initiatives.
