Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Support Engineer with deep SAP Retail and omnichannel expertise to provide remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications. You will analyze complex data, troubleshoot across stores, e-commerce, and digital channels, and guide client teams toward reliable resolutions.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment from a home-based office or remote location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP Retail and omnichannel functionality.
• Proven experience in multiple SAP implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of retail processes and end-to-end order lifecycle across channels.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote-based functional support and training for SAP Retail and S/4HANA Retail.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across master data, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order orchestration.
• Create fixes, scripts, and diagnostic approaches for data issues in complex environments.
• Support one or more key accounts as a technical and functional adviser.
• Be flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed in a 24x7 support setup.
