Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Applications Engineering to lead the team behind SAP across Retail and Supply Chain, including merchandising, allocation and assortment, article and inventory management, store replenishment, and EDI integrations. The role is hands-on and ties technical execution to business delivery.

The position interfaces with the IT PMO and SAP architecture, balancing delivery cadence with engineering rigor, and ensuring readiness for releases through strong data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical delivery, enterprise applications or a closely related technology role.
• 3+ years leading technical teams with evidence of developing people.
• Hands-on depth in integration patterns, release and environment management, data migration and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical approach and engineering standards for SAP applications.
• Lead engineering across SAP Retail and Supply Chain platforms (merchandising, inventory, replenishment, procurement).
• Coordinate development resources and manage capacity across multiple teams.
• Drive post-launch defects, enhancements and optimization to resolution.
• Collaborate with PMO on capacity planning, sequencing and delivery timing.
