Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent; 8+ years in ecommerce.
• Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Suite, ordering, catalog management, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, architectural, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution design.
• Support global deployment of SAP Commerce within the organization.
• Perform production monitoring, incident management, and change requests for SAP Commerce projects.
• Develop testing strategies and supervise testing activities for SAP Commerce enhancements.
• Review and estimate complexity and resources for change requests.
• Provide guidance on best practices and drive continuous improvement across platforms.
