Job summary

Omnicell seeks an experienced SAP RAR & BRIM Business Analyst to shape the revenue management architecture within a global ERP modernization effort. You will partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, and IT to enable scalable subscription models and compliant revenue recognition.

You will drive end-to-end design of RAR/BRIM, oversee integrations with SAP SD, FI/CO, Salesforce, and other platforms, and mentor teams while delivering governance and best practices across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP functional, solution architecture, or enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP RAR implementation and support experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM implementation experience (SOM, CI, FI-CA).
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and related processes.
• Experience designing BRF+ revenue recognition rules and allocation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integrations.
• Proven track record leading large SAP transformation initiatives and partnering with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, design, and implementation of SAP RAR and BRIM solutions for revenue management and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end design and optimization of revenue management and billing to enable accurate reporting and scalability.
• Configure SAP RAR: RAIs, SSP Allocation, deferrals, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Architect BRIM: SOM, CI, FI-CA, invoicing, and contract management integrations.
• Oversee integrations between SAP modules, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Lead migration from legacy RAR to SAP S/4HANA Embedded RAR.
• Develop roadmaps, specs, test strategies, and deployment plans.
• Mentor teams and establish governance and best practices.
