Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a senior SAP ERP architect to lead solution architecture for billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial operations.

You will define integrations across BRIM, S/4HANA, FI-CA, and AR/GL, and guide multi-disciplinary teams on complex transformation programs. The role requires 12+ years in SAP ERP, two full lifecycle implementations, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable enterprise designs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven SAP ERP transformation experience.
• 5+ years SAP solution architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI components including AR, FI-CA, GL, FSCM, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• S/4 HANA implementation experience is preferred.
• Conceptual knowledge of BRIM modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, collections, refunds, customer statements, cash application, treasury management and financial reconciliation processes.
• Define and govern integrations between SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, Payment processors, Banking and Treasury systems, Customer portals, and Enterprise data platforms.
• Develop solution roadmaps, functional specifications, configuration documentation, test strategies, deployment plans, and architectural standards.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, technical blueprints, integration specifications, and implementation standards while managing technical and process architects.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Billing Operations, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and automated business capabilities.
• Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, solution assessments, and vendor evaluations while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement revenue recognition processes aligned with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 accounting standards.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy and Sidecar environments into SAP S/4HANA Embedded RAR.
