Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Production Planning engagements for manufacturing clients across the US. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, guide project teams, and manage risk and delivery quality while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in SAP PP, multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA), and a proven ability to lead workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP PP experience in a consulting or functional role.
• Proven SAP project/engagement leadership with client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large SAP PP engagements and workstreams with client alignment.
• Translate business requirements into SAP PP configurations and designs.
• Manage risk, scope, timelines, and budgets across engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment.
