SAP in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager to own the relationship with enterprise SAP Private Cloud customers, drive adoption, and ensure contracted outcomes. You will lead end-to-end engagements, guard revenue, run governance with senior sponsors, and partner with account teams to surface renewal opportunities.

• 10+ years in SAP cloud ops, infra, or enterprise delivery.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value contracts across international teams.
• Adaptive leadership; de-escalate, flex with stakeholders, and lead through ambiguity.
• Financial acumen to track value, spot leakage, and tie delivery to outcomes.
• Structured PM discipline with governance experience; PM certification is an advantage.
• SAP Basis/Private cloud deployments and infra understanding.
• Bachelor's degree; able to present to CIO and work with engineers.
• Experience with AI tools in customer interactions and delivery workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SAP Private Cloud engagement lifecycle—from contract handover through renewal.
• Lead adoption conversations, track contract compliance, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
• Run governance sessions and present results to senior stakeholders, including CIO-level sponsors.
• Safeguard revenue by identifying entitlement leakage, churn risk, and escalation triggers.
• Serve as single-engine orchestrator for C2C customers—owning consumption tracking, risk mitigation, and revenue protection.
• Partner with account teams to surface upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Lead AI adoption for customers—drive release version currency, accelerate entitlement consumption, and demonstrate measurable AI-driven outcomes.
