Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a senior SAP Production Planning (PP) professional to serve as enterprise lead and hands-on functional lead across multiple manufacturing sites. You will translate business needs into practical, well-designed SAP PP solutions.

As the SAP PP lead, you will own design decisions, drive configuration, and ensure tight integration with MM and SD, MES, and shop floor execution, shaping how production planning scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive SAP PP experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience delivering enhancements and new functionality.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Cloud, Private Edition preferred) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the enterprise process owner and design authority for SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, solution design, and hands-on configuration in SAP PP.
• Configure and optimize BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Support MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Ensure integration between PP and MM/SD and with MES systems.
• Facilitate workshops, develop functional specs, and support testing cycles.
