Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking an Sr SAP Systems Analyst focused on Demand and Supply Planning to configure and optimize SAP S4/HANA modules for a global business. You will lead a team, influence IT strategy, and partner with stakeholders to deliver efficient planning solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations, driving adoption, efficiency, and seamless integration with SAP modules, while mentoring other SMEs and delivering high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, SCM, CS or related field.
• 7+ years as SAP Systems Analyst for Demand & Supply Planning.
• Experience on at least three SAP implementations; APO/IBP knowledge.
• Strong SAP configuration and optimization skills, with upgrade/integration experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Demand & Supply planning modules.
• Configure and optimize planning solutions, coordinate with SI partners.
• Lead IT teams, collaborate with BRMs, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (APO, IBP) and systems.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support; supervise testing activities.
