Job summary

Link Snacks, the Link Snacks team, seeks an experienced Sr SAP Systems Analyst focused on Demand and Supply Planning. You will configure SAP S4/HANA modules, optimize planning solutions, and partner with SI teams to deliver global capabilities.

Lead IT initiatives, mentor SMEs, and align IT with business goals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong SAP planning know-how, leadership, and effective communication across diverse, international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, SCM, CS or equivalent experience.
7+ years as an SAP Systems Analyst for Demand & Supply Planning.
Experience on at least three SAP implementations; four+ preferred.
Deep SAP SCM expertise and integration with SAP modules.
Strong communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and IT liaison between IT and business teams in the US and globally.
Configure and optimize SAP Planning solutions (APO/IBP) to meet business needs.
Collaborate with SI partners to deliver quality results on time.
Provide technical leadership across large teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Guide integration and support for SAP Demand & Supply Planning modules.
