EY is seeking an SAP IBP professional to join our Technology Consulting team in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years hands‑on SAP IBP and/or PP/DS experience.
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end IBP/PP/DS implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs for SAP IBP/PP/DS.
• Functional knowledge of IBP/PP/DS and integration with SAP environments.
• Strong client communication and design facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP, including Response & Supply and PP/DS solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and implement SAP IBP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support sales through RFP responses and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Lead project streams and interact with clients across delivery phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and APO ecosystems.
• Provide build, test, and deployment leadership for supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrate hands‑on SAP IBP capabilities and leverage business acumen in demand/supply planning.
• Facilitate client workshops and design discussions to drive alignment.
