Job summary

Link Snacks, a leading protein snack company, is seeking a Sr SAP Systems Analyst to lead configuration and optimization of SAP S4/HANA modules, focusing on Demand and Supply Planning. You will collaborate with a diverse global team to deploy critical planning solutions and drive innovation within the SAP ecosystem.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and in-depth SAP knowledge, including APO/IBP, with opportunities to mentor teammates and influence cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Systems Analyst supporting Demand and Supply Chain Planning operations.
• Experience in APO and IBP, and related SAP modules.
• Strong SAP system configuration and optimization experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize SAP supply chain planning configurations to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and globally.
• Oversee integration between SAP modules and other systems; coordinate with SI partners.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams; drive IT solutions and adoption.
• Monitor performance, implement improvements, and support end-user training.
