Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, SCM, CS, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of SAP Systems Analyst experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
- Experience on SAP APO and IBP implementations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize SAP DP planning using APO/IBP.
- Coordinate with SI and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
- Provide technical leadership and end-user training.
- Oversee testing, data migration, and issue resolution.
