Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP Order-to-Cash engagements and transform client processes using SAP S/4HANA. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide cross‑functional teams through architecture design and implementation.

You’ll manage large programs, drive successful outcomes, and develop budgets while mentoring junior consultants. Travel is typically 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years SAP Order-to-Cash experience in SD modules
• Deep functional and technical SAP OTC experience in S/4HANA and ECC; design, configure, implement, document WRICEF objects
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with project management expertise (e.g., SAP Activate)

Responsibilities

• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams including OTC modules
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen across SCM, Finance and Procurement domains
• Lead client workshops and requirements gathering; mentor junior consultants
