Ideal candidates have extensive SAP OTC experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• 8+ years in SAP Order-to-Cash with SD in S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Master's degree and SAP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP OTC engagements and oversee design, configuration, and implementation.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on OTC and related domains.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead client workshops and build relationships with client personnel.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Support professional development and training within the team.
