EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP solutions. You will lead large SAP OTC engagements, oversee program economics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver holistic system architectures.

You will drive client workshops, mentor junior consultants, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across EY practices. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Eight+ years in SAP Order-to-Cash; SD in SAP S/4HANA/ECC; design, configuration, implementation, and documentation of complex WRICEF objects.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with project management expertise.
• Knowledge of leading practices and industry-specific finance/tech functions.
• Experience in training design and delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams including OTC processes such as Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Pricing and Billing.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications; design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic SAP solutions.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to collect user stories and establish stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships across EY practices.
