EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Order-to-Cash engagements and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will drive architecture design, manage risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.

You will mentor consultants, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development in a flexible, hybrid environment with travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash; strong SD/SAP S/4HANA/ECC knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with project management expertise (e.g., SAP Activate).
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking and industry-specific finance/technology functions.
• Experience with training design and delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Oversee design, configuration, and implementation of OTC solutions (Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Pricing, Billing).
• Manage project budgets and engagement economics.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen across Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement domains.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic SAP solutions.
• Lead client workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants; foster an inclusive team environment.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and cross-practice collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
