Job summary

Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA OTC design, delivery and support. You will partner with business and IT teams to implement order-to-cash processes, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and continuous improvements.

You will design configurations, manage interfaces, and deliver end-to-end OTC solutions that drive accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction..must be onsite 4 days per week across designated locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on SAP OTC/SD functional experience, including recent SAP S/4HANA exposure.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP implementations and sustainment in OTC/SD.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) between SAP and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: sales order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, credit & collections, customer master data.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, configuration needs, and integration requirements (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules, translate requirements into functional specs (WRICEF), and support design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Drive integration between SAP and external systems via IDoc, EDI or middleware platforms; monitor interfaces and ensure data integrity.
