Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA OTC design, implementation, and support. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate order-to-cash processes, from sales orders to billing, with robust integration using IDocs, middleware, and APIs.

The role requires deep SAP OTC knowledge, strong data governance, and experience delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. On-site work four days a week from select U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on SAP OTC/SD functional experience, incl. S/4HANA.
• Experience in full-life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA).
• Experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and middleware tools (CPI or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: sales order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, credit & collections, customer master data.
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams to gather requirements, configuration needs, and integration requirements (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules and related enhancements, translating requirements into WRICEF specs and enabling end-to-end delivery.
• Drive integration between SAP and external systems using IDoc, EDI or middleware; monitor and resolve interface issues.
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root-cause analyses, and drive improvements.
• Work with master-data, supply chain and logistics leads to govern material, customer and pricing data for OTC.
• Partner with business process owners to implement continuous improvements using SAP best practices.
• Develop and deliver user training materials and ongoing support to business users.
• Participate in project planning, change control, release management and system governance.
