Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC initiatives and deliver end-to-end OTC solutions. You will engage business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP designs and drive delivery across OTC components including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing.

You will run workshops, manage teams, and coordinate with SAP and non-SAP modules to ensure successful project outcomes. Travel of 40–60% is expected in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP OTC experience with hands-on configuration and design.
• Experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables, track progress, and communicate status, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC components supporting OTC processes (order-to-cash) across related modules.
• Manage and develop teams, fostering staff growth and practice management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
