Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
4–6 years SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience with hands-on config.
Experience leading SAP workstreams or small teams through full lifecycle.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC: order mgmt, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.
Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Ability to manage deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions, from planning through execution and closure.
Manage and design SAP Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes and related reporting.
Coach and develop staff, manage staff performance and practice mgmt.
