Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP OTC engagements, translating business needs into technical specs and guiding architecture solutions. You will supervise design, configuration, and delivery across Order-to-Cash and related finance domains.

You will mentor diverse teams, manage risk, and drive client relationships while expanding EY’s SAP capabilities. A strong background in SAP OTC, SD, and S/4HANA is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 8 years in SAP Order-to-Cash; deep SD in SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices and benchmarking in finance/tech functions.
• Skills in training design and delivery.
• Ability to travel 40–60%.
• Ideal: master’s degree and SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP engagements or streams in OTC, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Pricing, Billing.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver SAP-based solutions.
• Lead client workshops and collect user stories; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
