Job summary

The Toro Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide design, testing, and implementation of complex systems, mentor teammates, and lead projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex and unusual business or system issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with stakeholders, technical teams, and management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives, document requirements, and translate into deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, evaluation, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
